Conference and
Enrollment Registration
Registration for
all student enrollment and/or conference
attendance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If
you are not prepared to submit a completed student application
or make a conference payment at this time, we
will temporarily hold priority placement for you under our
Advanced Registration
policy.
Advanced
Registration Policy
For a period no longer
than 14 days from the date you submit one of
the online registrations below, we will hold your place
above any other Advanced Registrations that are received
after yours (you will be electronically receipted via email to
confirm your submission). Completed student enrollment applications
and conference payments take priority over all Advanced
Registrations, so you must complete either a conference payment
or the student enrollment application process within 14
days to fully benefit from our 'Advanced Registration'
policy.
If student enrollment or
conference registration is full, you will be notified via email
and your name will automatically be placed on our waiting
list. When your name comes up to fill a vacancy you will again be
notified via email and will have the option of remaining 'in
process' or canceling your registration at that
time.
