Our Governing
Board
All board members were
chosen as a result of their interest, experience, availability, and
commitment to the unique objectives of Total Life Ministries, Inc. and Reality
College. Members have committed their own personal time to travel to
Phoenix, Arizona for board meetings as well as being directly
involved in our ongoing development.
 DAVE RUCKER :
For over 26 years my professional focus has been on real estate sales,recruiting, management and investing. Since the recent collapse of the credit markets, real estate economy and overall investment arena, I have shifted my career more towards education, counseling as it relates to the housing market.
I look forward to true freedom from worldly beliefs through Christian Discipleship focused programs focused on seven areas of life training; spiritual, psychological, social, physical, financial, marital and parental.
I am a husband and a father of three wonderful children; Nolan, Davin, Lily. I look at my family as rewards of my hard work and life struggles. My wife Sara continues to amaze me with the strong level of commitment to our marriage even through the tumultuous challenges that life delivers. My strength comes from the Lord and every day He reminds me of my blessings and every day I give thanks through the good times and bad.
I have Dave Ritz to thank for my new life journey and accepting me with all my faults and imperfections. Dave truly is the only figure in my life that clearly understands what spiritual transformation through Christ Jesus is all about. He delivers encouragement through his materials, programs and everyday walk and selfless attitude. My journey is now focused on working in God’s kingdom thanks to Dave and Total Life Ministries, I can’t wait what the future holds for the Rucker Family- I am truly blessed to be a pat of this ministry. 
Doug Carson (Cushing Oklahoma): Doug and his wife, Jayn, have been married for 31 years and have 4 adult children and 7 grandchildren. Doug has been active in the global optical media industry for more than 30 years, helping individuals, corporations, organizations and industries identify and solve problems both technical and personal. He is the founder and CEO of DCA Inc for the past 24 years and has 20+ patents issued in the US, Japan, China, and Europe. Doug and Jayn are personally involved with discipleship ministry and teaching in Russia, Brazil and in their hometown of Cushing OK.
 Richard L Ritzenthaler Richard & Jane have been married over a period of almost 45 years. Two married children and 7 grandkids. Richard has been in business since his early twenties, primarily in product design and engineering in the United States, Mexico and Europe – plus some architectural design and building mixed in those 45 years. A few patents and small companies later, Richard is still doing consulting work. And enjoys coaching and mentoring men, tenor sax in the church orchestra, and home workshop projects.
Joann Burkholder (Glendale, Arizona):
Joann and her husband Marty have been married for over 30 year
and are the parents of two adult children. She has over 20 years of
Biblical discipleship with women. Joann is the Corporate Secretary
and is currently heading up the selection and development of the
curriculum for Reality College. She is also a TLM staff member
handling a number of counseling cases. Joann's personal interests
are scrap booking, sharing and being with people.
Kevin Nutt (Phoenix,
Arizona):
Kevin is a graduate of Cambridge College of
Art, England and immigrated to the United States in 1976 where he
founded the KG Group, a graphic design and marketing company serving
both national and international clients. Kevin and his wife Gail
have 5 very active children and his love for competive sports (with
a background in semi-professional soccer) keeps him active in each
of their lives. Kevin lives his faith openly, sharing his testimony
to uplift and motivate people wheverever God gives him opportunity!
David Ritzenthaler (Scottsdale,
Arizona):
Dave and Suzanne have two married daughters
and 5 grandchildren. Dave was the founder and director of Victorious
Christian Living for 27 years. Under his last year of leadership,
VCL provided over $3.5 Million in FREE services on an operating
budget of approximately $1 Million. Besides helping and starting
numerous businesses, Dave has helped start three non-profit
organizations. Besides charitable work projects, Dave enjoys
barefoot water skiing, motorcycling, and reading.
